We are a fee-for-service office and all payments are due at the time of service, with the exception of the patients who have discussed other arrangements with us and have signed a financial arrangement.

Payment In Full:

This option applies to treatment over $5,000.00 and is required at commencement of treatment. You will receive a 5% courtesy and payment must be cash, check, or money order.
